My Sketch Book
The pages in this sketch book are created to study the theme "urban landscape" , and as a practice for designing sketch book pages with more types of ways and styles. Blue and brown were used as the theme colour, and different types of textures were added on each page.

Urban Landscape
A mind-map that I have created to clear up my mind on what I will planning to do for the topic 'Urban Landscape'. I decided to use the colour blue and brown in the other pages in this sketch book.

Primary Research
Went to two places from Macao that have a Portuguese style buildings and in this page I putted to image of a nursing home. I also draw two patterns that I saw in this building that looks historical and old.

Painted a painting with water color and draw a binding which I have captured in the area 'Estra Da Penha'. I also captured few image that looks interesting around there with types of repetition which is going on.

Secondary Research
Making everything looks organise as the objective in this secondary research in urban landscapes. I research on landscape scenes in some anime. I put two image that are looks the same for letting viewers to know how the original image looks like to make it less confusing. On the right handed part, I try to draw a similar sketch painting of the motorcycle.

Research on an artist that I get interested in his paintings. Added three other image of streets and buildings in Japan. On the right handed side, I get to try out how shadow and lights works together.

Artist Research
I get interested in the art style of the artist Mateusz Urbanowicz and learn on the clean style of his.

Comparing the style of the artist Ian McQue and Mateusz Urbanowicz. Seeing how they work on their works and style. They both created amazing art piece that are unique and many people likes it.

Exploratory
Using only an hour and twenty minutes to make the whole page out. This is quite a challenging since it is hard to paint the whole painting with a limited time. This is a work that I try to use the style and way on how Mateusz paint.

Attracting of Colors
On the left handed side, I put some print out of Mateusz's art work. And the rest of the page I went on exploring how to use colours to make a piece outstanding and in contrast.
